What I'm tackling tonight..........

These are some of the piles around Lavender Hill these days:

EVERYTHING was bought on line -
Even the yarn for the STINKERS !

(Which by the way are for sale in my shop !)

Tonight, I'm sorting and
If I get up the energy using some of this:

The old lady is in her usual spot...
"management" of course !

I downloaded these adorable tags at
MaryEnglebreit.com:

Tomorrow -

COOKIES !

December 15, 2011

Four years ago today,
we learned that

MIRACLES

can come true,
when you

BELIEVE !

With love and prayers
We are grateful......

Please join us in
 giving thanks
for the gift of life
and
in prayers for the donor's family,
as they are missing their loved one.

My babies' Birthday !

J and J turned 21 today !
These were the children they said I couldn't have,
the ones I laid in bed for 33 weeks gestating and
the ones that were born 7 weeks early.
These were my Christmas Miracles of 1990.

Decking the Halls.......

Last week Mo did bring me up all the Christmas stuff from the basement:

But, truth be told...
I got a bit over overwhelmed
with it all and only managed to put up my creche
for the first few days:

This Precious Moments Nativity
was the first thing I ever bought
for Christmas as young bride.
The price tag is still on the box:
$100.00
That was A LOT of money
in 1983 !

I have been plugging away at all the decorating this week....

Last night, J#2's Ballerina helped me.
We put on some Christmas music and
put up the tree, did the mantle and the dining room:

She hung the balls from the chandelier -
so pretty!

My momi bought us the Christmas Clock
for our first married Christmas.
It plays carols on the hour !

My bf, Mary bought me this gorgeous plate
in New Hope.  It's from a store called
Celtic Iberia.....
 that's me - Gallega !

Tomorrow, Monster and I are going to tackle
the purple tree and the Snow Babies
in the gym and kitchen.......

So I'll be back with pictures of that tomorrow...
